He died August 23, 1943 in Williamsburg, Whitley, Kentucky. Belinda Jane Arthur, daughter of Edward Fletcher Arthur and Susan Emma Routt , was born February 27, 1867 in , Knox, Kentucky. She died January 22, 1951 in Williamsburg, Whitley, Kentucky.
